New 10% Tariffs on Chinese Goods Likely Stack with Existing 25% Section 301 and Preexisting Tariffs

Our working assumption is that the new 10% duties on all Chinese goods are in addition to the 25% tariffs on goods subject to the section 301 tariffs which are in addition to any preexisting tariffs
